Announcing the 2010 ISE Teacher Workshop
The annual ISE Teacher Workshop, previously known as the "Leader Workshop" will take place in Bloomington, MN, on Saturday, January 30 and Sunday, January 31, 2010. Please save the date! The importance of this workshop cannot be overstated!
Past workshop participants have commented that attending this weekend event provides:
- much practical information,
- a wonderful opportunity for hands-on planning,
- a forum for addressing a wide range of questions,
- a place to meet other teachers leading intercultural experiences and professional colleagues from around the nation,
- a source of true inspiration
- a great deal of fun!
In fact, many teachers affirm that attending the ISE Teacher Workshop made a real difference in their program abroad.
This year’s workshop agenda will include: a plenary session touching on an important theme or themes, break-out sessions (new this year!), country-specific workshops, tasty meals, and plenty of planning and decision-making time for your group. Pre-registration begins Friday evening at the hotel and continues Saturday morning.
New leaders: this year we have a session just for you on Friday evening from 8:00-9:00pm!
