Oct. 15: Enrollment deadline ($350 deposit)
Please include your name, school and program country on all checks and submit to your teacher; he/she will mail them to ISE. Application materials postmarked after this date incur a $40 late enrollment or late materials fee.

Nov. 30: Deadline for submitting complete Financial Aid applications, postmark applies

Mid-December: ISE will mail the Final Bill to your home. Final payments are due Jan. 10.

Mid-December: Your teacher receives your preliminary itinerary and parental permission forms.

Financial Aid recipients are notified by the end of December.

Jan. 10: Balance due
