10-day Self-Guided
Day 1 Departure: En route to Barcelona
Day 2: Arrival and transfer to hotel. Spend the day exploring Barcelona by foot. Greet the human statues along La Rambla and enjoy getting lost in the labyrinth that is el Barri Gótic. Enjoy an ISE welcome dinner. (D)
Day 3: Visit the must-see Sagrada Familia, the still unfinished Antoni Gaudí masterpiece. And you’ll be amazed by Gaudí’s other extraordinary creation—Parque Guell. (B)
Days 4-8: Off to meet your Familia Española! During your 5-night stay with a family, you will get to know the everyday life of a Spanish family. (Meals at home)
Day 9: Meet back up with your group for one last night in Barcelona. Finish your shopping and pack your bags.
Day 10 Return: Transfer to the airport for your return to the U.S. (B)
