DAY 1 Mexico City: Arrive in Mexico City; transfer to your hotel and begin exploring the beauty of the historic downtown district. We suggest visiting Mexico City’s Plaza de la Constitución better known as the Zócalo.

DAY 2 Mexico City & Cuernavaca: Marvel at the wonders of Teotihuacan and the breathtaking views from atop the Pirámide del Sol and the Pirámide de la Luna. Stop at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. At last, depart for Cuernavaca, the City of Eternal Spring, to meet your Mexican host family! (B,L)

DAYS 3-7 Cuernavaca Family Stay: Experience everyday life with your familia mexicana while improving your language skills and cultural awareness. (Meals at home)

DAY 8 Taxco & Acapulco: Bid hasta luego a tu familia and head for Taxco, best known for its silver jewelry and the beautiful Santa Prisca Church. You will speak lots of Spanish while shopping and having lunch at one of Taxco’s many charming outdoor cafés. Por fin, you’ll be on you way to Mexico’s lovely Pacific Coast!

DAY 9 Acapulco: Enjoy the beautiful Pacific Ocean. At night, don’t miss Acapulco’s world-famous cliff divers at La Quebrada. (B)

DAY 10 Return: Transfer by bus to the Mexico City airport for your return to the U.S. (B)

Air travel on Friday, Saturday or Sunday carries a $25/day weekend surcharge. Requests for specific travel dates or airline may incur additional charges. Holy Week supplement may apply, add $135.

10-day Self-guided program: Prices are based on a minimum group size of 24 students from combined schools and a minimum teacher/student ratio of 1:8. When minimum group size is not reached, a small-group supplement will apply.
