Inclusions:

• Round-trip airfare from cities listed
• Airline Fuel Surcharge
• Current airline taxes & fees as of 2/1/12
• In-country transportation (air, motorcoach, train, van, as applicable)
• All overnight accommodations
• Meals as indicated on the itinerary: B: Breakfast, L: Lunch, D: Dinner
• ISE Family Stay (as applicable)
• Meals at home during the family stay
• Entrance fee allowance (varies according to length of program):
  • $40 per student: 10-day Self-guided programs
  • $50 per student: 12 to 15-day Self-guided programs
  • $70 per student: 21-day Self-Guided programs
  • Entrance fees for all activities listed per itinerary: 15-day Staff-guided programs
• Insurance (trip cancellation & medical) as specified here

Exclusions:

• Airline baggage fees
• Increase in air cost due to requests for specific travel dates or airline
• Add on due to departures from cities other than those listed
• Small-group supplement
• Passport, visa or other document costs
• Transportation to/from U.S. departure city
• Any meals not indicated on itineraries
• Activities listed as optional
• Tips for guide and/or driver
• Spending money and gifts
